Located in close proximity to the Tech Museum of Innovation and the Center for the Performing Arts, the striking design of the 19-story tower is set to redefine the city’s cultural district while acting as a gateway between the downtown core and the proposed Google transit village to the west near Diridon Station.

Totaling more than 1.25 million SF, 200 Park creates an active connection with the surrounding neighborhood through public retail, lushly landscaped terrace amenities, and a street-level paseo along Park Avenue that add to the building’s tech-oriented office space. To maximize natural light and introduce views for building occupants in any direction, the design incorporates an internalized lightwell that connects all office floors, ultimately culminating at a mid-tower shared amenity garden. The facade pattern along the tower’s steel structure acts as a passive shading strategy based on orientation. The design also facilitated the designers to maximize the interior space of the offices placed on each level of the building.

Steinberg Hart is the architect for the overall project development, mixed-use office tower, and amenity space.
