250 Stockton is a 14-story mixed use office development arranged around a multi-level urban garden scape that connects people and nature in a dynamic work environment.

The design concept delivers over 1,000,000 SF of Class-A tech oriented office space with optimal floor plate depth and occupant connection to natural light. By splitting the project into two connected towers, occupants benefit from unrivaled views, sensitively integrating the project into the urban surroundings.

The building works to integrate with its environment and honor local architectural vernacular through a unique façade that gives way to an internal courtyard of glass and timber mullions. The two towers are connected via a series of glass bridges that afford the opportunity for passively ventilated collaborative environments. Landscaped roof terraces are distributed across multiple floors. The architectural expression of outward facing glass facades optimize solar shading while maintaining maximal daylight conditions for the workplace within.
