Bordering the newly created bay front pedestrian promenade, City Hall consolidates the Crown City’s Administrative Services, City Manager, City Clerk, Human Resources, The Center is open and welcoming, anchored on the bay-front pedestrian promenade with movable glass wall systems that open interior function spaces to the Bay. The popularity of the entire complex has resulted in the Center becoming the social, cultural, and activity hub of the city’s 25,000 residents.

The Center includes two fitness rooms, a gymnasium, locker rooms, a rock climbing wall, a recreational pool, Olympic-size swimming and diving pools, a 200-seat banquet facility, a state of-the-art catering kitchen, a 120-seat community theater, and multi-purpose function rooms. A variety of “outdoor rooms” provide exterior programming opportunities that take full advantage of the building’s bay front park location. Glorietta Bay Park surrounds and encompasses the civic center buildings, improving coastal access and promoting informal enjoyment of the Glorietta Bay views from a new waterfront promenade that links to the City’s residential neighborhood.
