NAVWAR is the major tenant aboard the Naval Base Point Loma Old Town Campus (NBPL OTC), which is comprised of the 48.7 acre OTC Site 1 and 21.8 acre OTC Site 2. Steinberg Hart has provided planning and architectural services supporting the redevelopment of the NBPL OTC by evaluating the potential for recapitalization of existing assets and construction of new facilities.
