The new facility is 21,000 SF, 2-story with four distinctive areas, the public main entrance lobby, the probation services offices and testing areas, the probation staff open offices and admin areas, and the community outreach area with a large community conference room and community kitchen.
The probation program focuses on providing holistic assistance to clients, expanding their access to opportunities, and promoting engagement with the community and the building locates new offices closer to the communities where clients live and work. The building’s design reduces access barriers and designs trauma-informed areas that create more cooperation and success for the individuals whom probation supervises.
