The Steinberg Hart team worked alongside stakeholders to analyze the infrastructure and facilities conditions of the School of Business. Creative solutions to accommodate program growth, update existing classrooms and class labs for modernized teaching pedagogies, technologies, and elevate the students experience and outcomes were discovered throughout the process.
We conducted a series of interview and workshops where multiple sites were analyzed and evaluated, in alignment with the University educational goals and priorities. The new building is envisioned to be an inspirational and welcoming home for the School of Business, focused on graduate education needs, thoughtful integration of the undergraduate community, and overall program growth into 2035 and beyond.
Program opportunities include classrooms, finance lab, research spaces, technology-rich recording spaces, study/collaboration areas for students, and new offices and administrative functions. Our scope of work included visioning, site feasibility and selection, classroom utilization data, and student/faculty/staff survey. Next steps include a detailed building programming, detailed design and technical criteria, and fundraising imagery.
