Ellore Senior Living, a 20-story tower offering 176 luxury senior units, anchors a city block alongside its multifamily counterpart, The Clara, completing a master plan that transforms an industrial site into a vibrant, multigenerational community. Ellore’s programming serves three groups of individuals, those needing memory care or life guidance, those in assisted living, and those in respite, or post-operative care. Ellore’s mixed-use program features retail, dining, a hair salon, and lounge spaces, along with amenities such as a spa and wellness center, movie theater, art studio, library, and business center. Together, these communal areas foster connection and interaction among the community’s age-diverse residents.
