Construction is wrapping up for MIRO At 181 East Santa Clara Street in Downtown San Jose, reports Andrew Nelson at SFYIMBY.

“Facade installation is all but finished for the latest residential tower in Silicon Valley, MIRO. The project is located at 181 East Santa Clara Street in Downtown San Jose, directly across from the Meier & Partners-designed City Hall tower. A recent site visit by SFYIMBY shows the pace of construction, just as the leasing agent Greystar has shared new renderings of the nearly complete amenities.

The project will soon add 630 apartments to the San Jose housing market, varying from studios to three-bedroom units. Sixteen premium penthouse apartments will cap the top levels. The future residents will find onsite over 50,000 square feet of amenities. The rooftop terraces will have 360-degree views across the South Bay, while a podium-capped deck offers open-air lounging space and a pool four floors above ground.”
