Last week we celebrated the ribbon cutting for Patriots’ Hall in Dripping Springs, Texas. Patriots’ Hall, is a permanent retreat and resource hub designed to support veterans and their families. The 10-acre Hill Country retreat features a variety of spaces, including a 7,100-square-foot main hall for workshops, a wellness center for VA claims assistance, and a meeting house for local veteran organizations.
“Having a venue that allows veterans to come together and connect is something many take for granted,” said Scott McKean, a retired lieutenant general and Patriots’ Hall’s Executive Director. “As we found out, there aren’t really [any].”
The site provides a tranquil environment for veterans to connect, heal, and grow. This community-driven project addresses the unique challenges veterans face, fostering camaraderie and offering resources for mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Steinberg Hart served as the Architect of Record and Darwin Harrison Architect was the design architect.
Steinberg Hart Partner, Douglas Moss shares, “It is rare that a project has such an impact on individuals – this project supports people and community!”
Congratulations to our partners and clients at Patriots’ Hall of Dripping Springs, Darwin Harrison Architect, Datum Engineers, Essential Light Design Studio, Hendrix Consulting Engineers, Coleman & Associates, BAi, and ACS Group.
