Steinberg Hart’s JEDI Group Recognized at LABJ Diversity, Inclusion + Equity Awards

With their 2021 Diversity, Inclusion + Equity Awards, the Los Angeles Business Journal honored diversity, inclusion, equity champions in the Los Angeles region for their ongoing efforts to celebrate and respect the unique needs, perspectives, and potential of all their team members while simultaneously creating an inclusive environment that enables diversity and equity to thrive.

Steinberg Hart’ Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) group was one of the five selected finalists for the DEI Team of the Year award, selected from a wide range of teams across businesses of all sizes and types. Steinberg Hart was recognized for our meaningful, achievable action plan, nourished by listening sessions, research, and lively discussion around our vision for a just, equitable, diverse and inclusive future for the company. LABJ hosted a series of panel discussions featuring companies and individuals who have shown an exceptional commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and business leadership. Executives explained the importance of leading and developing a diverse workforce and how they achieved company goals.
