Congratulations to Steinberg Hart’s new Associates! As the bridge between leadership and staff, these individuals reinforce our firm’s core values of design, relationships, and change on a daily basis. Thank you for your dedication! 🎉

Steinberg Hart’s 4th Annual Day of Service broug

Steinberg Hart’s 4th Annual Day of Service brought together our teams in support of nonprofit @simplythebasics, a national hygiene bank. Their services ensure that organization serving individuals and families with limited income or experiencing homelessness always have access to their most basic needs - things like shampoo, body wash, socks, deodorant, sanitizer, and toothbrushes.

For the 4th year running, each office received bulk supplies, and our teams came together to sort and pack kits, complete with handwritten notes for the recipients. All of the office events took place at the same time across the country (and we checked in with one another over Zoom!) Over 1,000 hygiene kits were made by all the Steinberg Hart offices combined, then donated to local organizations on the ground serving folks in need. We are proud to continue our partnership with Simply the Basics and serve the communities in which we live and work! #SteinbergHartDayofService

This week we celebrated the topping off for Habita

This week we celebrated the topping off for Habitat, a new live-work-thrive campus of interconnected office and amenity spaces. Habitat redefines tomorrow's workplace with a sustainable, nature-connected, transit-oriented ecosystem. The campus, located at LA's geographical center, is remarkably walkable, transit-rich, and bike-friendly. The site features two buildings with a shared below grade parking garage. The commercial building is a terraced blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring 253,000 SF office space and 2,900 SF of ground floor retail and restaurant space. The residential building consists of 260 units with amenities that includes an outdoor pool, fitness, co-working space and a sky lounge with terrace.

Steinberg Hart is the Architect of Record and SHoP Architects is the Design Architect.
